OBP Plaza consists of several attached buildings. Two of the building have been constructed in 1999-2000 time period, the main building has been completely updated in the same time period.

There are ample entrances to the plaza from Yonge Street and Wildrick Road, making it accessible to a high ammount of both auto and pedestrain traffic. At the same time parking lot in from of the plaza is spacious with ample parking spaces allowing for stress free parking.

The area is well served with public parking and public transit. The public parking provides 200 spots on the front side of the Plaza with the additional spots for tenants on the back side.
